Refund Policy

Violet White, LLC stands behind our products and wants you to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your order in any way, please contact us at Support@VioletWhite.shop within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. We will work with you to resolve any issues and find a solution that meets your needs.
Retail Customer Returns
Non-damaged or non-defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or store credit.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, with all tags intact.
Initial shipping charges are not refundable, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned merchandise.
If you believe the item is defective, please refer to the "Damaged, Missing or Defective" Items section.

Please include your original packing slip or order number and the reason for your return and whether you are requesting a refund, exchange, or credit.
Exchanges for Retail Customers
Any style may be exchanged or credited within 14 days of receipt.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Damaged, Missing, or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, or if the item is missing or incorrect, please contact us immediately at Support@VioletWhite.shop with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage or defect.
We will replace the item or refund your money at no charge.
If applicable, we will send a return shipping label at our expense to verify the defective item. Defective items that have been worn and returned will not be resold and will be used for quality assurance purposes only. If possible, we will donate them to charity or dispose of them.
Please note that all clearance items are final sale and are non-refundable.
Sizing Issues:
If your size is within the specified range, or your calf is less than 15 inches in circumference at the widest part, and our standard size socks do not fit the expected size, the socks are considered defective. Sock specifications can be confirmed at the time of return. All product pages for non-wide calf socks include the wide calf socks disclaimer.
Returns for Wholesale Customers
Wholesale customers may return overstocked items within six months of order for a refund or exchange. Returns and refunds will be provided within 14 days of your receipt of the item.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Unless otherwise agreed, shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the return.
If you have unsaleable stock, please let us know so we can provide you with a better fit.
