Shipping Policy
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
If you believe your package is lost or overdue, first contact the carrier or post office directly with your tracking number to check the status of your package.
You can also contact your local post office to confirm if your package was left at another address or held for pickup.
If the carrier or post office confirms that your package is lost or missing, please file a claim with the carrier.
Once you have filed a claim with the carrier, please contact us at Support@VioletWhite.shop and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If this is a time-sensitive incident, please let us know as well.

For USPS orders:
1. Start here and check the link for lost mail and packages. They provide a suggested timeline here.
2. If this step fails, you can file a claim directly here. If you have already completed this step, please email us and we will do our best to help.
For UPS orders:
You can initiate a claim here. Please email us so we can follow up. If we initiate a claim through Shopify, we will require an affidavit, which can only be signed within 20 days of shipment. Honestly, it is much easier without the red tape. If you are stuck, we will definitely help.
We can also initiate the claim process, but it is actually faster if initiated by the end customer because they ask for the same information.
For International/Simple Export Orders:
Contact us directly. To be honest, these are a bit of a hassle, and how we handle them will vary on a case-by-case basis. We recommend using insured shipping whenever possible.
